What you get

01

Your readiness score

Four areas: what you pay for, who actually uses it, how safe your company information is, and how trained your people are.

02

The licence check

Most companies are already paying for AI they never switched on. We tell you which one you have.

03

What to do first

Three places your team would get hours back, and the one risk worth fixing this month.

What it checks

What this AI assessment looks at

Four areas, 25 points each. The same four things I look at when I walk into a company in Toronto or anywhere in the GTA.

25 pts

What you already pay for

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude. Most companies already pay for AI inside a tool they use every day, and never switched it on.

25 pts

Who actually uses it

Nobody, a few people on their own, some teams, or the whole company. And how long they have been at it.

25 pts

How safe your information is

Whether staff use free personal accounts for work, and whether anyone has written down what can and cannot be typed in.

25 pts

How trained your people are

Figured it out alone, watched a few videos, or had real training on their own work. This is usually the biggest gap.

Built for teams of 5 to 200 in Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga and Brampton. When the score points to training, the usual next step is a Copilot Lunch and Learn for Microsoft 365 teams, or hands-on AI training for your team.

Why this one is different

Most AI assessments ask about strategy. This one asks two better questions.

I ask these on every discovery call with a Toronto business, because the answers change everything that comes after.

1

What is your company already paying for?

2

Are your staff pasting company information into free personal accounts?

Those two answers decide more than any strategy document.

Questions about the AI assessment

What is an AI readiness assessment?

A short check of how ready your company is to use AI at work. This one looks at four things: what AI you already pay for, who uses it, how safe your company information is, and how trained your people are. You get a score out of 100 and a written report with what to fix first.

Is this AI assessment really free?

Yes. No card, no call required. You see your score before you give an email.

How long does it take?

About three minutes. Nine questions, all multiple choice.

Who sees my answers?

Only me. I never publish company names.

Do I have to buy training after?

No. If the report says you do not need training yet, that is what it will say.

What if I am not sure what we pay for?

Pick "not sure". Half the companies I meet are not sure, and checking it is part of the free call.

Do you work outside Toronto?

Yes, across the GTA and southern Ontario, on site or online.

What happens after the assessment?

You see your score right away. If you ask for the report, it lands in your inbox within a few minutes. If you want to talk it through, book a free 15 minute call and I will tell you straight whether training is worth it for your team.
